Adriana Ragland

Adriana Ragland is a LMSW and the founder of the Neurodiversity Network of Western New York (NNWNY), a nonprofit organization that works to raise awareness about intellectual and developmental disabilities. She is dedicated to promoting the belonging and well-being of neurodivergent individuals and passionate about challenging various systems within WNY, so that equity and accessibility are prioritized. She is the mother of a neurodivergent child who inspires her every day.
