Neuro-informed Business Certification

Neuro-affirming Business Certificates are awarded to businesses and organizations who demonstrate practices that are in touch and in tune with the identities, needs, and accomodations of neurodivergent individuals. Certificates are granted on an annual basis.

Breaking Ground
This certificate is granted to a business or organization that has had a thorough review of their practices, standards, and facilities and have demonstrated investment in building and continuing neuro-informed and neuro-affirming employment, customer care, and facilities improvements. 

Foundation
This certificate is granted to a business or organization that has had a thorough review of their practices, standards, and facilities and have demonstrated five years of Breaking Ground Certification status or has demonstrated equivalent standards for five years prior.

Home
This certificate is granted to a business or organization that has had a thorough review of their practices, standards, and facilities and have demonstrated five years of Breaking Ground Certification status or has demonstrated equivalent standards for five years prior. In addition, they have created and maintained community involvement that directly benefits neurodivergent individuals and community. This involvement will have neurodivergent individuals at the forefront of planning and activity.
